Terms and conditions Iberbrit's Full Service Pack for non Residents. Iberbrit S.L., with residence in La Manga del Mar Menor, Cartagena, Murcia, Gran Vía de La Manga SN, Ed. Monterrey, Bajo Comercial with C.I.F. Nr. B-30776876 here after Iberbrit. The other party, the contractor (here in after the client), individual or company who completes the form to contract the service, which he/she declares to know and accept freely, after having been informed of the service and its features, the hereby contract. Both parties, upon mutual acknowledgement of their capacity to undertake and contract, agree the following: "Iberbrit's Full Service Pack for non Residents" SERVICES AGREEMENT 1. The object of this agreement is to deal with the preparation and declaration of the Income Tax for Non- residents, an obligation arising from the ownership of property(s) in Spain. 2. The Fiscal Representation service also includes the help-line services and telephone assistance. Also includes guidance consultations related to the issues listed below (with the exclusion of the services themselves): Purchase and sale of properties, distribution of inheritance, mortgage loans, wills and tax penalty cases. 3. When the client is non-resident in Spain, Iberbrit will arrange payment of the Non-resident Income Tax as well as the first direct debit for the payment of the Property Tax (Council Tax) bill from the bank account provided by the client. 4. In order that Iberbrit can provide the agreed services, it will be essential to receive the funds to cover the aforementioned taxes and the correspondent annual fee. Furthermore, all changes of bank account or address shall be notified to Iberbrit, who will not be responsible for the consequences caused by the lack of fulfilment of this request. 5. The taxes arising from property rental are excluded from this agreement and shall require a specific additional service. 6. The fee * payable to Iberbrit SL, in accordance with the fiscal status of the client, appears below. It must be paid online after confirming the agreement to this contract (the first year) and at the beginning of each subsequent fiscal year. It is subject to review on an annual basis or to offers, which will be notified in advance to the client. FIRST YEAR Non-Residents 1. One property 138.00 Euros 2. Each additional property   69.00 Euros   Subsequent years: Non-Residents 1. One property 183.00 Euros 2. Each additional property 183.00 Euros 7. * The prices indicated DO NOT include 21% VAT. 8. The duration period of this service agreement is one calendar year, i.e. from the 1st January to the 31st December. This will be extended automatically unless either of the parties decide to the contrary and give 30 days advance notice prior to the termination of the hereby agreement. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Iberbrit SL domiciliada La Manga del Mar Menor, Cartagena, Murcia, Gran Vía de La Manga SN, Ed. Monterrey, Bajo Comercial con C.I.F. Nr. B-30776876, en adelante Iberbrit. De otra parte, el contratante (en adelante cliente), persona física  que cumplimenta el formulario de contratación y declara conocer y acepta libremente, tras informarse del servicio y su funcionamiento, el presente contrato. Ambas partes, reconociéndose mutuamente capacidad para obligarse y contratar, acuerdan el siguiente CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS "Iberbrit's Full Service Pack for non Residents" 1. El objeto de este contrato es la preparación y gestión de los Impuestos de la Renta de No Residentes que sean consecuencia de ser propietarios de inmuebles en territorio español. 2. A efectos del asesoramiento fiscal, también incluye la prestación del mismo a través de Iberbrit Help-line y asistencia telefónica. Igualmente incluye la realización de consultas orientadoras relativas a las materias que se enumeran a continuación (sin que incluyan la prestación de dicho servicio): compras y ventas de inmuebles, préstamos hipotecarios, testamentos y expedientes fiscales sancionadores. 3. Cuando el cliente sea no residente en España, Iberbrit gestionará el pago del Impuesto sobre la Renta de No Residentes así como la primera domiciliación de cada IBI en la cuenta corriente bancaria facilitada por los clientes. 4. Para el cumplimiento por Iberbrit de los servicios previstos será imprescindible la efectiva realización del pago de los mismos (honorarios e impuestos), así como la comunicación a Iberbrit de los cambios de cuenta bancaria y de domicilio, no haciéndose responsable Iberbrit de las consecuencias que se deriven de la falta de cumplimiento de dichos requisitos. 5. Quedan excluidos de este contrato los impuestos que se generen por causa del arrendamiento de dichos bienes, que serán objeto de un tratamiento específico. 6. Los honorarios * a percibir por Iberbrit SL, dependiendo de la situación fiscal del cliente, son los que señalan a continuación. Deberán ser abonados ONLINE luego de aceptar este contrato el primer año, y por anticipado al comienzo de cada ejercicio fiscal los demás años, y pueden estar sujetos a revisión anual o a promociones en cuyo caso serán notificados con la debida antelación.   PRIMER AÑO No Residentes 1. Una propiedad 138.00 Euros 2. Por cada propiedad adicional   69.00 Euros DEMAS AÑOS No Residentes 1. Una propiedad 183.00 Euros 2. Por cada propiedad adicional 183.00 Euros 7. * Los precios indicados NO incluyen IVA al 21% 8. El periodo de duración de este contrato de servicios es un año natural, del 1 de enero al 31 de Diciembre. Se renovará tácitamente al término de este periodo, excepto si una de las partes decide lo contrario y da aviso con 30 días de antelación a la fecha de finalización del contrato.
